Why Organic Cotton?
Did you know that less than one percent of all cotton grown globally is organic? What's more astonishing is the rest is treated with pesticides, insecticides, herbicides and genetically modified organisms. These substances are harmful to farmers and workers, to us as consumers, and to the entire wildlife eco-system. Choosing organic contributes to a positive impact on your health and the health of our planet.
Fairtrade
Fairtrade is neither charity nor assistance; rather, it is a professional link between producer and buyer that is based on respect and fair business practice. The producer receives a fair price for his products which allows him to pay fair wages, giving workers the possibility of providing for their families with dignity. We are proud that our products are produced at a factory that complies with legislation regarding maximum working hours, overtime compensation and incentives and there is no child labour.
